3 Account Registration

Account Requirements

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account

Important: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. igamingapis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

4 Payments and Billing

Billing Cycle

  • • 30-day notice for plan changes
  • • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • • Late fees apply after 15 days

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

5 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Engage in money laundering or fraud
Reverse engineer or decompile our API
Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
Serve underage gambling
Share API keys with unauthorized parties

Violation Consequences: Any violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6 Intellectual Property

License Grant

igamingapis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our API for the purpose of integrating gaming services into your platform. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, igamingapis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

Loss of profits or revenue
Business interruption
Data loss or corruption
Reputational damage

Total Liability Cap: iGamingAPI's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to igamingapis in the six months preceding the claim.

8 Termination

By iGamingAPI

By You

  • • 30-day written notice
  • • Settlement of all outstanding fees
  • • Data export within 14 days
  • • Return of confidential information

9 Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore.
