Terms and Conditions
Welcome to iGamingAPIs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing https://igamingapis.com/ or using our iGaming API products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
We provide API access, game aggregation, documentation, and related tools for licensed operators and authorised partners. Access may require registration, an agent code, API credentials, and an active plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for complying with all gambling, gaming, data, and commercial laws that apply to your business and jurisdictions.
3. Accounts and API keys
You must keep login credentials, API tokens, and secrets confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, reverse engineer non-public systems without permission, overload infrastructure, resell access without authorisation, or use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or underage gambling activity.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans, GGR top-ups, and usage fees are billed as described at checkout or in your commercial agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party provider outages may affect games or API responses.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from operator misuse, player disputes, or third-party game providers.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding fees remain payable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
